What is a photo license?

A photo license is permission to use my photo for your business. When you buy a license, you don't own the photo, but you have the right to use it for a specific purpose, time, and price.
What is the difference between your licenses?

My licenses are tiered to match different project sizes. The Standard license is for small, single projects. The Extended is for bigger projects like a company calendar. The Exclusive is for major brand campaigns that need a unique image.
Which license should I choose?

Standard License: Best for small projects like a single blog post or a local flyer. Extended License: Best for bigger projects like a company calendar, a travel website, or a national ad campaign. Exclusive License: Best for when you need a unique photo for a major campaign that no one else can use for a set period.
What does “single project use” mean?

It means you can only use the photo for one specific project or campaign. For example, a single website, one brochure, or one company calendar. Using the photo for a different project requires a new license.
Can I use a license for multiple projects?

No. Each license is for a single project. If you want to use the same photo for a new project, you need to buy a new license.
Can I edit the photo?

Yes, you can edit or adapt images to suit your project. However, you cannot claim copyright or trademark over them.
Can I share, resell, or transfer the image?

No. The license is only for the person or company that bought it. You cannot share, sell, or give the photo file to anyone else.
What happens if I use an image outside the license terms?

Using an image in a way that is not permitted by your license is a violation of copyright law. This can lead to legal action and fines. Always make sure you choose the right license for your needs.
Do I own the photo when I buy a license?

No. The copyright always stays with me, the photographer. You are simply paying for the right to use the photo.
Will the photo be removed from your website after I buy a license?

If you purchase an Exclusive License, the photo will be taken down for the duration of your term. With the Standard and Extended licenses, the photo remains available for others to purchase.
What about model or property releases?

My photos are of natural landscapes and do not feature any identifiable people or private property. Therefore, no model or property releases are needed.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product. Refunds are only available if a technical issue prevents access to your file.

How do I receive my download?

A download link will be emailed to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of successful payment.
How long do I have access to the file?

The download link is temporary. We recommend downloading and backing up your file immediately.
